The New York Shakespeare company will present Shakespeare's Richard III, a tale of one man's desire for power and what he will do to get it.

A Macbeth that stays true to the 17th century origin of the play, yet feels bang up to date with plenty for teenage fans of Game of Thrones and Shakespeare veterans to enjoy.

???????Celebrating its 10-year anniversary this summer, Iris Theatre will present a double bill of Shakespeare and the Brothers Grimm, told in their signature immersive style in St Paul's, the Actors' Church, in the heart of Covent Garden.

?Ras Enoch McCurdie (The Judge) has been cast as Dr. Ben Reitman in a reading of "LOVE, SEX, ANARCHY", a new play based on the loves of Emma Goldman, the Anarchist, to be presented Monday, March 21, 7pm, at the Bernie Wohl Center, by the 29th Street Playwrights Collective.

After a highly successful reading at Covent Garden's Bates Theatre this past July, the new play The Lady Revealed, will receive another starry reading on Monday, March 16th (3PM) at New Dramatists (424 West 44th Street). Based on the life and works of A.L. Rowse, the reading will feature Bianca Amato, David Hywel-Baynes, Geoffrey Beevers, Patricia Conolly, Anthony Heald, Merritt Janson, T. Ryder Smith, Sam Underwood and Jake McCready. Written by Dr. Andrew B. Harris the reading will be directed by Illana Stein (Associate Director Tamburlaine the Great at Theatre for a New Audience) along with Broadway's Belasco Theatre manager Steffi Wallis working with New Dramatists as producer.

A site-specific MACBETH, Shakespeare's bloodiest tragedy, will be presented for a very limited engagement by Shelter Theatre Group, January 26th through January 30th, 2014, at The Church of Saint Teresa, located on Rutgers Street between East Broadway and Henry Street. All performances will be at 7:00 PM.
