Primary Stages Announces Cast for ESPA*DRILLS Reading Series at 59E59, 8/21-22

Primary Stages ESPA has announced casting for the ESPA*Drills Reading Series this August. ESPA*Drills is an annual new play development program providing professionally staged readings to four ESPA playwrights. The plays are workshopped at Primary Stages under the guidance of the ESPA staff and presented before an audience of industry peers at Off-Broadway's 59E59 Theaters. ESPA*Drills provides an exclusive opportunity for students to receive professional attention through the resources and support of Primary Stages.

Manuel Igrejas' MARGARITA AND MAX Set for MITF, Now thru 7/28

Margarita and Max, a new play by Manuel Igrejas, will star Kim McKean and Craig Fox at the Midtown International Theater Festival, directed by David Hilder. The show runs for three performances: today, July 23rd, Saturday, July 27th and Sunday, July 28th, at the Dorothy Strelsin Theater, 312 West 36th St.

For a second time, the Helen Hayes Awards Recommended© Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at Olney Theatre Center has been extended - to Sunday, April 3. The performances during the extension week are Thursday, March 31 through Saturday, April 2 at 8 p.m., and matinees on Saturday, April 2 and Sunday, April 3 at 2 p.m.
