Lynne Meadow and Barry Grove have announced two added weeks of performances for Incognito, the American premiere of the new play written by Nick Payne (Constellations) and directed by Tony Award winner Doug Hughes (The Father, Doubt, Outside Mullingar), which opened last Tuesday, May 24 to rave reviews at MTC at New York City Center - Stage I (131 West 55th Street). New Rochelle Opera, Weschester's longest running opera company, will present its first ever staged production of Giuseppe Verdi's IL TROVATORE from June 23-26, 2016 in the Frank J. Auriana Theatre at the Ursuline School, 1345 North Avenue, New Rochelle, NY. Company co-founder and artistic director Camille Coppola will direct the local premiere, with orchestra and chorus conducted by Gregory Ortega. The production will feature the use of English supertitles to translate the Italian text.

The latest work by renowned theatre artist Ain Gordon, 217 Boxes of Dr. Henry Anonymous, is a new play drawn from the 217 boxes of archive materials from national LGBT activist of Dr. John Fryer discovered by Ain Gordon during his two-year embedded artist status at the Historical Society of Pennsylvania (HSP). This new work is set to run, May 5-7, at the Painted Bride Arts Center, 230 Vine Street. All performances are at 8 p.m. Tickets cost $20.
