Oberon Theater Ensemble Announces Winter Rep 2009

OBERON THEATRE ENSEMBLE is pleased to announce Winter Rep 2009, celebrating the company?s 12th Anniversary Repertory Season. The company will be presenting William Shakespeare?s Much About Nothing in conjunction with the series called, American Rapture, which includes Hello Out There by William Saroyan and world premiere plays by Alex Dinelaris (nominated Lucile Lortel/Drama Desks).

SEASON'S GREETINGS to Play at Hudson River Rep Starting 11/20

Just in time for the holiday season, Alan Ayckbourn's SEASON'S GREETINGS makes its return to the New York stage for the first time in over 20 years as Hudson River Repertory Company brings this hilarious and cynical comedy to the McGinn/Cazale Theatre beginning November 20th.

Pastore and Aiello to Star in Revival of 'Lamppost Reunion' at Arclight

After starring on the Broadway stage in mega-hit Chicago , Vincent Pastore (The Sopranos), continues to shine as the lead, 'Biggie,' in the 1976 Tony Award-winning revival of Lamppost Reunion. The play, set to open on November 7, 2008 at the Arclight Theater, will also star Ricky Aiello, whose father Danny originated the award-winning part of 'Biggie' on Broadway.

His new show 'I Could Have Danced All Night' - featuring his usual mix of music, comedy and dance - includes songs like 'Dancing in The Dark,' 'Let's Face The Music and Dance,' 'The Last Dance' and 'At The Hop.' All shows take place at the Regency Hotel (540 Park Avenue at 61st Street).

Kathleen Chalfant, one of the theater's most celebrated actors, will star in the World Premiere of Alexander Dinelaris' searing new play, 'Red Dog Howls' at the El Portal Theatre for a strictly limited five week engagement from May 14 to June 13.
