Award-winning non-for-profit Broadway Sings for Pride (www.BroadwaySingsForPride.com) held their 6th annual PRIDE benefit concert on Monday, June 20, 2016. To start the night, Daniel Quadrino, from Broadway's Wicked and Newsies, sang 'Imagine' to reflect on the tragedy that happened in Orlando. He was joined onstage by members of the New York community, to echo the sentiment that New York stands behind Orlando and that art can be used to inspire and change minds. On Thursday June 23rd, Truth Slash Fiction, a television pilot about a group of high schoolers who write gay erotic fan fiction about their favorite boyband will make its premiere at SeriesFest in Denver. The pilot features original pop music, fantasy sequences and performances by Broadway favorites Matt Doyle, Daniel Quadrino and Tony-winner Cady Huffman, among others.

Central Park's iconic eatery, Tavern on the Green, is partnering with cast members from five of Broadway's biggest shows to debut 'Broadway on the Green,' an outdoor theatre series that will bring top-billed performances to Tavern's Courtyard overlooking Central Park. The 5-week initiative, in partnership with Speer Arts, will begin at dusk this Sunday, May 15th with a special performance from cast members of Wicked.

FEINSTEIN'S/54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, presents the 7th edition of Cutting-Edge Composers. Cutting-Edge Composers is a concert series that strives to create greater exposure for up-and-coming songwriters by providing them with venues, publicity, Broadway performers, and musicians to best showcase their material. Cutting-Edge Composers is directed and produced by Laura Pietropinto, co-produced by Allie Glickman, and features musical direction by Benjamin Rauhala and orchestrations by Rauhala and Julie McBride.

Produced by and benefiting Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, this year's Easter Bonnet Competition (#BroadwayBonnets) was held at Broadway's Minskoff Theatre (200 West 45th Street), home to Disney's The Lion King. Featuring performances by more than 230 Broadway and Off-Broadway singers and dancers, the Broadway Inspirational Voices and a stellar lineup of Broadway favorites, this year's fundraising total was a whopping $5,528,568!

After a sold-out concert in 2013, Jonathan Larson and Mary Rodgers/Lorenz Hart Award winners Charlie Sohne & Tim Rosser came back to the Feinstein's/54 Below stage for the first time in over 2 years. On Sunday April 3 at 7pm, 15 year old Broadway, film and TV actress Rachel Resheff (most recently a lead in Marvista's soon to be released feature film Annabelle Hooper and the Ghosts of Nantucket, and Larry David's Fish in The Dark), will return to Feinstein's 54 Below with an all new solo show.

David Davila returned to the Laurie Beechman Theatre in Times Square with an all-star Broadway cast to present: DAVID DAVILA & THE MAGIC TIME MACHINE, a time travel song extravaganza that reflects on revisiting mistakes you shouldn't have repeated.
