Sunday, November 11, 2018, marks the 100th anniversary of the end of the First World War. Although much has been written about the Western Front in World War I, little attention has been given to developments in the east, especially during the crucial period of 1914–1915. Not only did these events have a significant impact on the fighting and outcome of the battles in the west, but all the major combatants in the east ultimately suffered collapses of their political systems with enormous consequences for the future.

United Solo will host a Master Class with Anne Bogart, internationally acclaimed director, author, and Head of the MFA in Directing Program at Columbia University. This Master Class is a unique opportunity to work with a legendary theatre artist. It will take place on November 5, 2018 from 6pm-8pm at Theatre Row in New York City.

Late Night Theatre Company presents MURDER AT THE VICTORIAN ESTATE!, a murder mystery and improvised comedy, in the Earle Ernst Lab Theatre on November 29-30 and December 1-2, 2018. The Thursday-Saturday performances begin at 9:30 pm with the Sunday "matin-eve" beginning at 7:30pm. Tickets range from $5-10 and are sold at the Kennedy Theatre Box Office one hour prior to the start of the performance.

Directed by Christopher Annino, 'Silent Times' is a Roaring-Twenties escapade set in a small New England town. The story centers on Oliver Henry III (played by Geoff Blanchette), a small-time crook turned vaudeville theater owner. From humble beginnings in England, he immigrates to America in search of happiness and fast cash. He becomes acquainted with people from all walks of life, from burlesque performers, mimes, hobos to classy flapper girls. As his fortunes rise his life spins out of control. Much of the storyline is a reflection on current social issues that burden our society today.
