If you don’t already know the identity of the murderer, don’t you dare go snooping around the internet to find out -- the reveal is far too delicious, as is this entire Milwaukee Repertory Theater production. 

Clue is set to 'kill it' on stage at the ACT Black Box Studio in Hagerstown MD in August. Based on the iconic 1985 Paramount movie which was inspired by the classic Hasbro board game, Clue is a hilarious farce-meets-murder mystery.

TheatreWorks Silicon Valley continues its 51st season with the hit musical Ragtime. This sweeping and stirring musical masterpiece paints a portrait of America at the dawn of the twentieth century, interweaving the lives of three families—an African American family, a Jewish Immigrant family, and a wealthy white family—finding their places and pursuing the American Dream in a rapidly changing world. Featuring a Tony Award-winning book by Pulitzer Prize finalist Terrence McNally (Master Class, Kiss of the Spider Woman, The Rink) and a Tony Award-winning score by Stephen Flaherty and Lynn Ahrens (Once on This Island, Anastasia, Seussical The Musical), this musical is based on E. L. Doctorow’s best-selling novel of the same name. Ragtime will be presented June 1-26, 2022 (press opening: June 4) at the Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts. Castle Craig Players has announced the cast for its summer production of 'CLUE: On Stage', the brand-new stage adaptation of 1985 cult classic motion picture, which will run July 29 - August 13 at the group's intimate cabaret venue in Meriden.

Adapted for the stage by Ken Ludwig and Directed by Annika Boras, Murder on the Orient Express takes eight suspects on one thrilling ride. The production will run in the Quadracci Powerhouse, through July 1, 2022.

While this production of 'Carmen' is very traditional on its face, the thoughtfulness and sheer talent packed into this performance elevates it to something far more engaging, and absolutely enchanting. It’s more than worthy of audiences’ time, and hopefully WNO’s fresh interpretation will help audiences reconsider the true tragedy presented.

It has also been announced that Kacey Musgraves will sing 'Can't Help Falling In Love' and Maneskin will sing “If I Can Dream.” The soundtrack will also feature Eminem, Tame Impala, Stevie Nicks, Jack White, Cee Lo Green, Gary Clark Jr., Paravi, Pnau, Yola, Swae Lee, Diplo, and Jazmine Sullivan.

Directed by Bartlett Sher this production remains true to the original, but some updates have been made including some refreshing of the book and dialogue some of which shine a brighter light on the equality of the sexes despite social norms of the time.  Much of which was notably popular with the audience.

New production footage has been released today of the company of My Fair Lady. The company features Harry Hadden-Paton as Henry Higgins, Amara Okereke as Eliza Doolittle, Stephen K Amos as Alfred P Doolittle, Dame Vanessa Redgrave as Mrs Higgins, Malcolm Sinclair as Colonel Pickering, Maureen Beattie as Mrs Pearce, and Sharif Afifi as Freddy Eynsford-Hill.

Expectations have been high for My Fair Lady. It is easy to see why it was such a hit on Broadway; brimming with English period tropes of top hats, Ascot races, lovable cockneys and snobbish toffs. Bartlett Sher's revival now comes to the West End. It looks stunning, but does not always hit the high notes.

Bartlett Sher’s glorious multi award-winning production of Lerner & Loewe’s much loved My Fair Lady which will transfer to the London Coliseum for a limited summer engagement in what will be the first major West End revival of the show for 21 years.
