'Personally, it's the scariest thing I've ever done as a performer,' says world-renowned improv veteran Colin Mochrie (Whose Line Is It Anyway?) of the high-wire comedy show HYPROV: Improv Under Hypnosis. 'I look into their dead eyes and wonder if it's going to be a very long night. So far, we've been really lucky,' adds Mochrie.

Later this month, We Are Here Productions, in collaboration with Cue to Cue Productions, will present SONGS FOR  A NEW WORLD, a song cycle to benefit the Canadian Women's Foundation, at Buddies in Bad Times Theatre. Broadwayworld caught up with co-directors Matt Lacas and Chelsea Johnson to talk collaboration, the casting process, and what it's like directing for a good cause. 

The 2019 - 2020 season of the Carlsen Center Presents Series continues with Winterlude - Ensemble Ibérica Siento y Vivo (I Feel and Live), on Sunday, December 8, 7 p.m. in Polsky Theatre.
