Golden Globe and Drama Desk Award winner Michael C. Hall has extended his limited engagement in Hedwig and the Angry Inch. Hall will play his final performance in the Tony Award-winning Best Musical Revival on Sunday, January 18. Casting for the next Hedwig will be announced in the coming weeks.

Tony nominee Andrew Rannells (THE BOOK OF MORMON) will play his final performance as the title role in HEDWIG AND THE ANGRY INCH today, October 12. Then Golden Globe and Drama Desk Award winner Michael C. Hall will take over the role starting Thursday, October 16 at the Belasco Theatre (111 West 44th Street).HEDWIG will mark Hall's first musical theatre role in over a decade having previously made acclaimed runs in the Broadway productions of Cabaret and Chicago.

According to PopMatters.com, HEDWIG AND THE ANGRY INCH co-creator Stephen Trask is co-writing a new 1970s New York clubs-based project called 15 MINUTES. 'It's a really exciting and creative and interesting project that starts off set in Studio 54 but ends up downtown at the Mudd Club,' says Trask.

Back in May, the Manhattan Theatre Club, by special arrangement with Colin Callender, Robert Cole, Frederick Zollo and The Shubert Organization, announced an extension for Casa Valentina, the world premiere play by four-time Tony Award winner Harvey Fierstein, directed by two-time Tony Award winner Joe Mantello. An additional two weeks were added to the critically acclaimed limited engagement, through Sunday, June 29th and no more extensions are planned.

Atlantic Records will release the Original Broadway Cast Recording of Hedwig and the Angry Inch, the most nominated musical revival of the season, featuring Tony Award nominees Neil Patrick Harris and Lena Hall. The album is produced by HEDWIG composer Stephen Trask, Tony Award nominated sound designer and platinum-selling record producer Tim O'Heir, and the production's music director Justin Craig. The album is executive produced by Elie Landau and David Binder.
