'Love' tells the on-again off-again love story of Scott (Patrick Cannon) and Claire (Ashley Kate Adams). 45 minutes before Claire leaves for the church on her wedding day, Scott arrives to try and convince her that they really are meant to be. A story of lost love, or is it love that never should have been? The story puts the focus on character and performance, and the road to performance strives to do exactly that.

Scottish Dance Theatre will debut their new work RITUALIA at Dundee Rep on Friday 9th February. Created by Berlin based Scottish choreographer Colette Sadler, RITUALIA takes Bronislava Nijinska's feminist cultural landmark that is Les Noces and transforms it by creating a fictional post-gender future. Evoking and celebrating the notion of hybridity, exploring iconic artificiality, presentation and fashion, RITUALIA is set to be a thought-provoking visual feast.

The Juilliard Orchestra and Opera beat the Met to the punch this week, featuring French conductor Emmanuel Villaume in a superb concert of Ravel and Debussy, including a lovely performance of Ravel's short opera, L'ENFANT ET LES SORTILEGES, with its clever libretto by the French novelist, Colette. It took place just the night before he was announced to be taking on the premiere of the Met's new TOSCA--left empty when the opera company suspended its former music director James Levine after he was charged with sexual improprieties with minors.

New York Theatre Workshop (NYTW) presents HUNDRED DAYS, with a book by The Bengsons (Iphigenia in Aulis) and Sarah Gancher (The Place We Built), music and lyrics by The Bengsons, direction by Obie Award winner Anne Kauffman, and movement direction by Obie Award winner Sonya Tayeh (you'll still call me by name). The show opened last night, December 4, 2017, at New York Theatre Workshop (79 E. 4th Street New York, NY 10003) for a run through December 31, 2017.
