Loudon Wainwright III Album Release Show Set for Schimmel Center, 10/11

On Sunday, October 11, Loudon Wainwright III, having recently released his 26th album Haven't Got the Blues (Yet), comes to the Schimmel Center at Pace University for an album release show. Ticket prices for Loudon Wainwright III at the Schimmel Center at Pace University are $29-49. The performance will take place on Saturday, October 11 at 7:30pm.

Amanda McBroom and George Ball to Bring SOME ENCHANTED EVENING to 54 Below, 10/8 & 14

Golden Globe winner, Amanda McBroom - the international nightclub and theater performer and composer of the hit song "The Rose," joins with her husband -- multi-award winning theater actor George Ball -- to present the New York debut of their show, SOME ENCHANTED EVENING -- An Evening of Love Songs for Grownups, at 54 Below. Shows are October 8th at 7pm and October 14th at 7:30pm.

The film adaptation of the Tony Award-winning musical JERSEY BOYS will hit theaters on June 20th. Directed by Clint Eastwood, JERSEY BOYS, written by Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice, features the music and lyrics of Bob Gaudio & Bob Crewe. Early KISS Producer Kenny Kerner Dies at 66

Noted music producer/manager/journalist/educator Kenny Kerner, who was instrumental in the early career of iconic rock band KISS and whose credits include gold and platinum awards for Gladys Knight & the Pips and Stories, has died. He was found on May 27, 2014, at his home in Northridge, California. Kerner had suffered from diabetes. He was 66.
