The next broadcast of Rob Morrison's Musical Theatre Melodies will pay tribute to the 50th Anniversary of Steven Schwartz and Roger O. Hirson's Tony Award winning musical PIPPIN, featuring interviews with Tony Award winner John Rubenstein and songs from the original Broadway cast recording with special narration by Tony Award nominee Walter Willison.

Playhouse Theatre Academy will welcome back Stephanie Pope Lofgren for two exciting Fosse master classes. Stephanie is currently directing Playhouse on Park’s production of LADY DAY AT EMERSON’S BAR AND GRILL, which tells the story of Billie Holiday’s final performance.

We just received a statement from Chita Rivera on his passing which reads that'A huge part of me has left...gone to light the heavens for us as he did on earth. I carry Tony with me. I always have and always will. My god how I will miss him.'
