Immersion Theatre are giving audiences a glimpse into their upcoming tour of "Alice in Wonderland" which will be touring the UK this Summer.

Immersion Theatre have announced casting for their fantastical, larger-than-life musical adaptation of Alice in Wonderland!

Midlands Academy of Dance and Drama, affectionately known as MADD, is delighted to announce details of its first-ever Advisory Board that marks the start of an exciting new chapter for the Nottingham based college.

The fantastical world of Dr. Seuss bursts onto the stage in this larger-than-life musical extravaganza from award-nominated Immersion Theatre, brimming with fun and excitement for 'thinkers' of all ages.  Set to an electric score and co-conceived by Monty Python's Eric Idle, this raucous and ultimately touching story by Tony Award winners Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty is a feel-good musical bonanza which dares us to think big and reminds us of the power of loyalty, family, and acceptance.  After all, a person's a person no matter how small!

Immersion Theatre's Seussical is a joyous celebration of all things Dr Seuss. It hinges on the story of Horton Hears a Who!, but also features favourites such as The Cat in the Hat in an Emcee-esque role and cameos from The Grinch and the classic Green Eggs and Ham.

This November, Marc Pickering (Boardwalk Empire, HBO; Les Miserables, Universal Pictures; Sleepy Hollow, Paramount Pictures) will star as the mischievous Cat in the Hat in Immersion Theatre's larger-than-life musical extravaganza, Seussical the Musical. He is joined by Scott Paige (Eugenius, The Other Palace; The Addams Family, UK/Asia Tour; Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, UK Tour/West Yorkshire Playhouse) as the warm-hearted Horton the Elephant and Amy Perry (Bananaman, Southwark Playhouse, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Adelphi Theatre; Sweet Charity, Cadogan Hall) as the humble Gertrude McFuzz in this high-energy production for 'thinkers' of all ages.

The Make A Difference Trust has announced that following his hugely popular WEST END BARES debut in 2017, comedian and TV star TOM ALLEN will host this year's WEST END BARES: TOP OFF THE POPS at The Shaftesbury Theatre on Sunday 28 October at 7.00pm and 9.30pm.

Hailed for its 'compelling and innovative programming (WQXR Radio)," dell'Arte Opera Ensemble today announced its 2018 summer festival dedicated to works by Mozart and Salieri. Starting on August 11, 2018, and running until August 26, the festival features 13 performances of two fully-staged operas, a scenes program, and an intimate recital to be presented in the intimate black-box space of La MaMa Theatre. Currently in its 16th season, dell'Arte has filled the summer lull with fresh productions of well-known classics and rarities, performed by the developmental company's cast of young singers, supported by a fine musical ensemble.
