Eryc Taylor Dance Presents New Film UNCHARTED TERRITORY: DANCERS IN ISOLATION

Conceived by Artistic Director Eryc Taylor, and developed over Zoom, Uncharted Territory: Dancers in Isolation features dancers Nicole Baker, Chris Bell, Taylor Ennen, AJ Guevara, Eryc Taylor, and Alex Tenreiro Theis,  original scores by Daniel Tobias, and film editing by Benny Krown.

CultureHub and La MaMa Present MUTE SWAN by Madeleine George

CultureHub and La MaMa will present Mute Swan, the latest work from Theater in Quarantine, a pandemic performance laboratory from writer, director, and performer Joshua William Gelb and choreographer Katie Rose McLaughlin.

Pasadena Playhouse Announces Spring 2019 New Works Festivals

Pasadena Playhouse, State Theatre of California, continues their exciting partnerships with Caltech Theatre and the USC School of Dramatic Arts this Spring, with MACH 33: The Caltech|Pasadena Playhouse Festival of New Science Driven Plays, presented by Caltech Theater and Pasadena Playhouse May 9 -11 and the New Works Festival Year 3 May 17-18, presented by USC School of Dramatic Arts and hosted by Pasadena Playhouse. These plays are part of Playhouse community programming. Danny Feldman is the Producing Artistic Director of Pasadena Playhouse.

BWW Review: MURDER FOR TWO at Playhouse On Park

As the magic of the holidays drifts away, the lights are taken down and people settle in to the muted grays of January, having something fun, distracting, and entertaining to keep your mind off the cold weather and the dreary days can be a real find. Good news - MURDER FOR TWO, Playhouse on Park's current production, is just what the doctor ordered to fight the winter blahs. It is a funny, fast-paced, murder mystery with a few twists, and it starts 2019 off with a (literal) bang.

The American Dance Festival (ADF) presents Obie, 'Bessie,' and Alpert award-winning choreographer Mark Dendy and director/designer Stephen Donovan's latest work Elvis Everywhere at New York Live Arts on May 10-12 at 7:30pm. 2018 marks Dendy's 35th year as an innovative choreographer on the downtown scene in New York City.

SPARK Individual Event Registration Now Open

Admission to individual SPARK events April 6-8 is now available online at pittsburghCLO.org/SPARK. For a small donation to Pittsburgh CLO's Audience Development and Education programs, members of the public are invited to peek behind the scenes of a musical in the making as 10 writing teams from across the country converge in Pittsburgh to showcase their work through a series of public presentations featuring local and national actors. Performances will take place at venues throughout the Cultural District.

We've just wrapped our incredible weeklong tour of the state of Yucatan, Mexico, with meetings, workshops, rehearsals, performances and a press conference. This was Eryc Taylor Dance's third tour of the Yucatan, and second year performing at the grand Teatro Jose Peon Contreras in Merida in the International Dance Festival Avant Garde.

Eryc Taylor Dance Returns to Martha Graham Studio Theater Next Month

Eryc Taylor Dance (ETD) will return to Martha Graham Studio Theater, 55 Bethune Street in NYC for three days this October, with five works shown at each performance including the premiere of Eryc Taylor's new choreographic work, Cycles, commissioned by Douglas Sills of The Sills Foundation.
