The June 2019 So-fi festival announces that it will be presenting works at The Clemente's Los Kabayitos and Flamboyan Theaters (107 Suffolk St. between Rivington & Delancey) and Westbeth (463 West Street between Bethune and West 12th St) June 6th-23rd 2019.
So-fi (Co-Founders; Jody Christopherson (Artistic Director), Nathan Gebhard (Managing Director) and Romy Nordlinger (Producing Director)) announce added January performances in the so-fi (winter mini) festival, a low-fi, multi-disciplinary solo performance festival, co-produced by, and at Torn Page in Chelsea (435 W 22nd Street, 2nd Floor), a performance space in the historic home of Rip Torn and Geraldine Page.
So-fi (Co-Founders; Jody Christopherson, Nathan Gebhard, Romy Nordlinger) announce the launch of a new curated festival, for low-fi, multi-disciplinary solo performance, co-produced by, and at Torn Page in Chelsea (435 W 22nd Street, 2nd Floor), a performance space in the historic home of Rip Torn and Geraldine Page. The impetus for this festival was to create an opportunity for touring and local artists, who push the boundaries of multiple forms, to be produced affordably in New York. The majority of box office sales from each performance go directly to artists.

Eugene Pack's new comedy play, Sweet Birds, was presented as a benefit staged reading on Sunday, August 27 at 8pm at Guild Hall in The Hamptons, starring J. Smith Cameron (Rectify), Mario Cantone (Sex and the City), Chloe Dirksen, Emmy winner Tate Donovan (Manchester by the Sea, Fargo), Geraldine Hughes, Nick Fondulis (The Affair), Obie-winner Kathryn Grody, Oscar nominee & Emmy winner Carol Kane (Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt), Molly Ranson (August: Osage County, Carrie: The Musical), and Drama Desk-winner Dayle Reyfel. The latest offering from The Bay Street Theatre, Nathaniel Hawthorne's The Scarlet Letter, with an original script adapted for the Sag Harbor venue by Scott Eck and Joe Minutillo, will leave you unequivocally breathless. The cast is absolutely astounding delivering intense performances taking the audience on a true emotional roller coaster.
