On Friday May 13, Broadway Stars will perform in concert highlighting the Summer Theatre's Gala Evening "Getting to Know You" held at Woodway Country Club in Darien CT. The evening features performances by Broadway Tony Award-Winning actress Kelli O'Hara star of The King and I, South Pacific, Bridges of Madison County, Light in the Piazza and The Pajama Game (with Harry Connick Jr.). She will be joined with Broadway friends of the Summer Theatre including two-time Tony Nominee Robin de Jesus, Broadway composer and national cabaret star David Friedman and Broadway veterans Janelle Robertson, Jodi Stevens and Chip Zien. Also, a performance by cast members from this summer's West Side Story, and by the Performing Arts Conservatory of New Canaan Children Chorus.
The School of American Ballet's 2016 Winter Ball took place at Lincoln Center's David H. Koch Theater last night, March 14, 2016 and raised nearly $1.2 million. BroadwayWorld has photos from the event below!
