Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts today announced the official public opening of Restart Stages—a new outdoor performing arts center constructed on the Lincoln Center campus—welcoming audiences to reimagined community spaces and new outdoor venues, with dozens of free events and surprise Pop-Up performances in music, dance, drama, and more.

WQXR, New York City's classical music station, today announced the launch of a second season of “New York in Concert” — a guide to the city's classical scene featuring exclusive, locally-sourced performances, and the artists, ensembles, and institutions that make New York a leader in music. 

This recently unearthed concert recording will also be issued as a standalone album, titled On a Friday Evening, which will be available on 2-LP, CD and digital formats, including hi-res 192/24 and 96/24. 

The American Symphony Orchestra will offer a free, nine-concert chamber music series to welcome spring at Manhattan’s Bryant Park and 34th St. Herald Square Plaza from May 3–19.

Bucks County Playhouse will launch its Spring music series with a concert by Lehigh Valley Blues-Rock legend, Craig Thatcher, and his frequent collaborator, accomplished keyboardist, Cliff Starkey. Thatcher and Starkey will perform at the iconic New Hope venue on April 2 and 3 at 8 pm.

Pompano Beach Cultural Affairs Department has introduced the Pompano Beach Arts Virtual Music Series featuring powerhouse performances by award-winning, globally-acclaimed artists.

When the legendary Dave Weckl Band reunited on stage at the 2019 Chesterfield Wine & Jazz Festival in St. Louis, Missouri, the show was already a rare and very special occasion. But even playing their first real show together in more than a decade, the band had no idea how special the set would feel just a few months later.

The York Theatre Company has announced 2 additions to its organization: Gerry McIntyre, York's new Associate Artistic Director, and Alana Graber, who is the company's new Director of Development.
