Good Works Productions & Fig Tree Productions in association with Stage Left Studio, are excited to announce The Gifted Series, two riveting and unique solo-shows written by acclaimed award-winning playwright Monica Bauer (Emerging Playwright Award, Urban Stages). The Gifted Series includes The Year I Was Gifted, performed by Monica Bauer and directed by Carolyn Ladd; and Made For Each Other, performed by John Fico and directed by John FitzGibbon.

After selling out multiple shows in the Women at Work Festival, Karen Sklaire, author and performer of Drama at the Point, has agreed to a four-night return to Stage Left Studio. She's offering her inside look at teaching in the NYC school system at 5 pm on Jan 19, 25, Feb 9 and 16, 2014.

Swenson's breakout comedic masterpiece, THE YEAR OF DEAD CATS, which had its World Premiere on Sunday, June 16 at Stage Left Studio (214 West 30th Street - between Seventh & Eighth Avenues - Sixth Floor) has extended through September during which time the show will also participate in Cheryl King's acclaimed Women At Work Festival.

Expiration Date, a serio-comic play that explores what it means to be human by Rose-Marie Brandwein, will be presented by Picaresque Players Theatre Company as part of the East to Edinburgh Festival at 59 E 59 Theaters starting July 11 prior to its engagement at the Edinburgh Fringe in August.
