By:

After selling out multiple shows in the Women at Work Festival, Karen Sklaire, author and performer of Drama at the Point, has agreed to a four-night return to Stage Left Studio. She's offering her inside look at teaching in the NYC school system at 5 pm on Jan 19, 25, Feb 9 and 16, 2014.

This 60-minute comedy was written by Ms. Sklaire, in association with her director Cheryl King, and in just one hour she takes you on a journey you'll never forget.

Audiences will follow Ms. Sklaire through her journey through the challenging corridors of the New York City public school system- complete with rubber rooms, baby gangstas and dashed dreams. And when all seems lost, she finds the strength and courage to keep on going, through her connection with her students and her hope that she can make a difference--in any way she can.
