Belvoir has announced the productions that will make up its next season. 2024 at Belvoir will see ten plays with something for everyone – from best-selling book adaptations, returns of incredible work, a 25A show being brought to the mainstage for the first time, a remount of Counting and Cracking, and so much more. Gary Schweikhart, board president of the Carbonell Awards, South Florida's most highly coveted recognition of theatrical and performance excellence, today announced that Elizabeth Dashiell has joined the nonprofit organization as Carbonell Coordinator for the 2023-2024 season.

As the 26th South Australian Living Artists (SALA) Festival came to a close, the 2023 award winners were announced at the Finissage closing event at the SALA Hub, Queen's Theatre, with both emerging and established artists receiving awards in recognition of their artistic practice. This year's SALA saw 10,915 artists participate, with 697 exhibitions in 620 registered venues across Adelaide and regional SA.

Theater Resources Unlimited (TRU) has announced that applications are open for the fall term of the Producer Development & Mentorship Program. The program consists of two different producing courses plus mentorship opportunities that are available to producers and artists who are interested in taking a deep dive into the modern world of commercial and non-profit producing.

Due to extremely strong ticket demand, American Conservatory Theater (A.C.T.) announced the extension of Hippest Trip — The Soul Train Musical, the Broadway-bound musical based on the iconic TV show that brought Black music, dance, and style into every living room in America, performing at A.C.T.'s Toni Rembe Theater (415 Geary St., San Francisco).
