London-based alternative dreamscape duo PINERO|SERENE has released 'Take My Soul' the first single from their debut EP Dark Matter. The single released on 7th June, with the EP following on 28th June, recorded and mixed by Itay Kashti of Blue Room Studios. PINERO|SERENE is German/Filipino bass player, Cheryl Pinero and UK vocalist, Neeq Serene. Pasadena Playhouse, the State Theater of California, is pleased to announce that casting is complete for the Los Angeles premiere of Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa's Good Boys starring Betsy Brandt (CBS' Life in Pieces, and AMC's Breaking Bad) as Elizabeth Hardy, and directed by Carolyn Cantor on the mainstage of Pasadena Playhouse. Absurdities abound in Eugene Ionesco's comic drama, Exit the King, during its three-weekend run May 31 through June 16. Considered the father of "the theatre of the absurd," Ionesco conjured up the tale of King Berenger the First - a monarch so powerful he was once able to rule over the forces of nature and will all his subjects to obey his every command. But, after 400 years, those powers have begun to fail.
