Lydia Rivera of Vernon has always had a passion for theatre with her first on stage performance being an ensemble member in 'A Christmas Carol the musical' at Cornerstone. Lydia is very honored and proud to be directing this show that is near and dear to her heart. She wishes everyone a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and a Happy New Year.

Tonight, Chicago on Broadway celebrated 25 years of Razzle Dazzle on Broadway with a special celebration. 

Florida Studio Theatre will produce the World Premiere of America in One Room by Jason Odell Williams, a fast-paced comedy inspired by the real-life 2019 convention of the same name. In this brand-new play, eight strangers arrive at the event, which promises discussion on a variety of topics—from immigration to foreign policy.

The Women's Prize for Playwriting, produced by Ellie Keel and Paines Plough, with Principal Partner 45North and in association with Sonia Friedman Productions today announce the 62 longlisted scripts for The Women's Prize for Playwriting 2021, selected from 850 entries.

Announcing the cast (but without revealing their much naughtier character names in full…): Michael Pellman will play the title role of Aladdin with Dora Gee as Abanazar, Alice Mills as the Princess, Robert Rees as the Dame and Rachel Warrick-Clarke as Spirit of the Ring/Genie. While going through Tilly’s things, Agnes finds Tilly’s “Dungeons & Dragons” notebook, and makes the decision to learn more about the sister she never really knew. Agnes explores the world of fantasy as she embarks on a journey to New Landia and battles gelatinous cubes, dark elves, beholders, shape-shifters and ultimately, the monsters within herself.
