NYTW Adds David Greig's THE EVENTS to 2014-15 Season

New York Theatre Workshop (NYTW) has announced the final addition to its 2014/15 season: David Greig's The Events, directed by Ramin Gray, which will make its New York debut in February, after receiving critical acclaim, a Fringe First and the Carol Tambor Best of Edinburgh Award at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

Stage Adaptation of Toni Bentley's THE SURRENDER to Receive NYC Premiere in January

The Carol Tambor Theatrical Foundation is thrilled to announce the U.S. premiere of the stage adaptation of Toni Bentley's groundbreaking erotic memoir THE SURRENDER, directed by Zishan Ugurlu and starring Laura Campbell. THE SURRENDER will have its U.S. debut following critically acclaimed productions by the Spanish National Theatre (Centro Dramatico Nacional) in Madrid and the Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2013. Performances begin on Wednesday, January 8 for a limited engagement through Sunday, February 2 at The Clurman Theatre on Theatre Row (410 West 42nd Street, between 9th and 10th Avenues). Opening Night is Wednesday, January 15 at 8 PM. The performance schedule is Tuesday at 7 PM; Wednesday - Friday at 8 PM; Saturday at 2 PM and 8 PM; Sunday at 3 PM. David Greig's THE EVENTS Wins Carol Tambor Best of Edinburgh Award

The Carol Tambor Theatrical Foundation has announced the winner of this year's The Carol Tambor Best of Edinburgh Award, the highest honor at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. The winner of The Carol Tambor Best of Edinburgh Award was announced at the closing ceremonies of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe on Friday, August 23 at 10:45 AM BST (5:45 AM EST).

Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival to Present Berlin's LEO, 6/26-30

Tickets are $22-$38. Under 35 Friday Tickets are available for $19 on Friday, June 28 (ages 18-35), two per person, must show I.D. when picking up tickets. $10 Youth Tickets, sponsored by ALEX, are available for Saturday, June 29 at 8:15pm and Sunday, June 30 at 2:15pm (must be accompanied by an adult ticket).

THEATRE UNCUT comes to NY as part of the Best of Edinburgh celebration at Theatre Row. Performances of THEATRE UNCUT begin today, January 29 for a limited engagement through Sunday, February 3 at The Clurman Theatre on Theatre Row (410 West 42nd Street, between 9th and 10th Avenues).
