New York's funniest show Celebrity Autobiography had two special performances last week in The Hamptons on Friday, August 26 at 7pm & 9:30pm at Guild Hall, which featured stars of stage and screen Christie Brinkley, Susan Lucci, Brooke Shields, Colin Jost, Dick Cavett, Tovah Feldshuh, Richard Kind and Drama Desk-winners Eugene Pack, Dayle Reyfel. Kushnier made his Broadway debut in the lead role of Ren McCormack in the 1998 production of FOOTLOOSE. He went on to star on Broadway in RENT, JERSEY BOYS, and JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR. He was a part of the original New York company of SHEAR MADDNESS, and he can currently be seen in PARAMOUR, Cirque Du Soliel's first-ever Broadway production.

On Monday, August 15, the Theater People podcast welcomes three-time Tony-winning producer Kevin McCollum. Best known for producing Broadway mega-hits RENT, AVENUE Q, and, IN THE HEIGHTS, McCollum is also know for taking chances on smaller shows and shepherding them to Broadway. He brought THE DROWSY CHAPERONE to Broadway in 2006--it would go on to win five Tony Awards--and [TITLE OF SHOW] to Broadway in 2009.

Just announced, Tony and Drama Desk Award winner Cady Huffman will end her run in Off-Broadway's Shear Madness on August 21st. Cady assumed the role of Mrs. Shubert June 20th. She will be replaced by Lisa McMillan. Also joining the cast is Gil Brady replacing Adam Gerber in the role of Eddie Lawrence. The producers are have also announced a new batch of tickets on sale through January 8th, 2017.

On Friday, July 22, the Theater People podcast welcomes Broadway favorites Emily Skinner and Alice Ripley. Skinner and Ripley first worked together when they were cast as Daisy and Violet Hilton in the 1998 production of SIDE SHOW. The pair reunited on stage in 2000 in the Broadway production of JAMES JOYCE'S THE DEAD.

On Wednesday, July 20th, the Theater People podcast welcomes three-time Tony Award-nominee, Christopher Fitzgerald. Fitzgerald began working professionally in New York theater in the late 1990s. His early work includes roles in the controversial Terrance McNally play CORPUS CHRISTI and the Broadway production of AMOUR.

Johnson, Jack Lane, Radio Mouse Entertainment, Schaffert/Hummel, Driemeyer-Sills Productions, Michael Guccione, David Gersten, Erach Screwvala, and The Shubert Organization, by special arrangement with Cranberry Productions, are proud to welcome Celeste Oliva to the cast of SHEAR MADNESS.  She replaces Kate Middleton in the role of Barbara beginning tonight (Wednesday July 20th), joining Tony and Drama Desk Award Winner Cady Huffman along with Jordan Ahnquist, Adam Gerber,  Patrick Noonan, and Jonathan Randell Silver.

THE BARDY BUNCH: The War of the Families Partridge and Brady, the musical parody by Stephen Garvey that gained cult status during its Off-Broadway run in 2014, is excited to announce casting for its limited engagement in Chicago, September 15 through November 27, at the Mercury Theater, 3745 N. Southport Avenue.

Shear Madness, the hit comedy whodunit, resumes performances at the Davenport Theatre (354 West 45th Street) tonight, Friday July 15th.

On Monday, July 11, the Theater People podcast welcomes Tony winner James Monroe Iglehart. Iglehart made his Broadway debut in 2007 as Mitch in THE 25TH ANNUAL PUTNAM COUNTY SPELLING BEE. In 2009 he originated the role of Bobby in the Tony Award winning Best Musical, MEMPHIS.

The world-famous sex therapist visits the wacky Off-Broadway murder mystery hit.

The best of Broadway will be performing FREE on six consecutive Thursdays this summer with '106.7 LITE FM's Broadway in Bryant Park 2016' - a lunchtime series that just kicked off this week, July 7 on the Bryant Park Stage. Hosted by LITE FM's on-air personalities, the 16th annual presentation of open-air, On- and Off- Broadway lunch hour performances will run through Thursday, August 11.
