Cameron Mackintosh announced today that Patrick Dunn, Preston Truman Boyd and Michelle Dowdy will join the acclaimed production of Alain Boublil and Claude-Michel Schönberg's Tony Award-winning musical phenomenon, LES MISERABLES, as 'Jean Valjean,' 'Inspector Javert' and 'Madame Thénardier,' respectively, beginning December 10, 2019 at Shea's Performing Arts Center in Buffalo, NY.

Mythological mayhem is returning to Maryland Ensemble Theatre (MET) this May when the award winning fun-filled family musical for all ages, 'The Young Olympians and the Most Amazingly Awesome Adventure Ever', takes to the stage for one weekend only.  Olympians will play at MET, located at 31 W Patrick in downtown Frederick, this weekend, May 30 and 31 at 3:30pm.

Maryland Ensemble Theatre's (MET) family theatre, The Fun Company, is proud to present a World Premiere adaptation of the classic tale of a young mermaid who longs to be human, "The Little Mermaid".  Featuring an original score by Callan Holderbaum, MET company member Laura Stark will direct an original adaptation by fellow company member Devin Gaither based on the fairy-tale by Hans Christian Anderson.  An entertaining show for the whole family, it will run at MET this April and May for nine performances over five weeks. The New Mel Brook's Musical Young Frankenstein will open at the Apollo Civic Theater in Martinsburg this weekend and features over twenty performers in the area premiere musical adaptation of Mel Brook's horror movie spoof. Directed by Terri Magers, musically directed by Allison Shaffer and choreographed by Shannen Banzhoff, Young Frankenstein is based on the Mel Brook's cult classic 1974 film of the same name.
