The Smith Center is ushering in a dazzling fall-winter lineup featuring the world's favorite Tony Award-winning Broadway musicals, seasonal concerts and world-renowned shows.

National Comedy Center, Inc., the cultural institution developing the first national visitor experience dedicated entirely to the celebration of comedy, celebrates the 25th anniversary of its annual Lucille Ball Comedy Festival, August 4th -7th, in Lucille Ball's hometown of Jamestown, NY.

Her talent is legendary, her true story electrifying. The iconic Judy Garland comes to vivid dramatic life in Billy Van Zandt's 'The Property Known as Garland', slated for performance at the Bridge Street Theatre Speakeasy, 44 West Bridge Street in Catskill, Fridays through Sundays from August 19th until the 28th.

 Three Cat Productions presents the world premiere of a new musical revue At Mister Kelly's at the Chicago Park District's Berger Park Coach House Theater at 6205 N. Sheridan Road (Edgewater by Granville el stop on Red Line).  Mister Kelly's was a tiny supper club located at 1028 N. Rush Street from 1957 to 1975. 

The European premiere of The New Group's critically acclaimed Off-Broadway production, The Spoils, a razor-sharp new comedy written by and starring internationally acclaimed actor Jesse Eisenberg (The Social Network, Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice), will transfer for a strictly limited season at London's Trafalgar Studios, from 27 May to 13 August, with press night on 2 June. 

Returning for his 57th consecutive year as a Las Vegas headliner, internationally distinguished comedian, actor and entertainer Don Rickles will perform at The Orleans Showroom on April 9 and 10.

Franklin Performing Arts Company's annual Family Concert Series kicks off this weekend with "Sunday Afternoon Blues" on January 31 at 1 p.m. at THE BLACK BOX, 15 West Central Street, in downtown Franklin.

A new batch of tickets are now on sale for the Off-Broadway premiere of Jerry Mayer's new comedy, 2 ACROSS, which began a open-ended engagement on November 14th at St. Luke's Theatre (308 West 46th Street, between 8th and 9th Avenues). Emmy Award nominee Evelyn Rudie ("Eloise") directs a cast that stars Andrea McArdle and Kip Gilman. Tickets are now on sale through March 20th. Wednesday Matinees at 2pm have also been added to accommodate the demand.

The Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts is launching the annual Adults at Leisure Shows in mid-December and running through early April. Presented in Dreyfoos Hall, this affordable series offers convenient show times, captivating entertainers and options ranging from sultry soloists to Broadway highlights.

ELOISE creator Hilary Knight caught up with Evelyn Rudie who created the role of ELOISE in 1956 on television's 'Playhouse 90.' It brought her critical acclaim and an Emmy nomination at age six-the first time a child actress was so honored. Almost 80 students from The Dolores Mission School gathered for a wonderful opportunity to visit Hollywood and tour the recently decorated Hollywood Museum, enjoy the beautiful holiday decorations by Dr Christmas (Bob Pranga), as well as hear inspirational stories with interesting messages from local politicians and personalities. Its initially scheduled show on October 30 (9 PM) sold out quickly and a second is scheduled for October 31 (2PM). Only a few seats remain. Playwrights include David Bald, Hope Hommersand, Susan Lieberman, Paul Moulton, Paul Pasulka, Lisa Scott, Fouad Teymour, Helen Valenta, and Joe Weintraub. The season concludes in spring with the newly revised musical revue, At Mister Kelly's, about the history and music of Chicago's Rush Street's legendary night club with original music and lyrics by Gary Gimmestad.
