Orlando Fringe released additional details about their upcoming, A Fringemas Carol: A Live Socially-Distanced Dickens-Inspired Journey, taking place December 11-13 in Loch Haven Park. 

#ENOUGH has announced the selection of seven plays by teen playwrights chosen by nationally recognized dramatists Lauren Gunderson, Academy Award winner Tarell Alvin McCraney, Pulitzer Prize winner Robert Schenkkan, Tony Award winner David Henry Hwang, and Karen Zacarías, as the winners of #ENOUGH: Plays to End Gun Violence.

Wanzie Presents & Rich Charron are set to present a Pay-To-View presentation of playwright Michael Wanzie's newly-penned LADIES OF EOLA HEIGHTS Episode 6 - ZOOM REUNION debuting at 9 pm  ET on Saturday, August 15, 2020 via YouTube. This world premiere streaming production will be immediately preceded by a 7:30 pm Zoom Cast & Crew Cocktail Party. The play will remain available for on-demand viewing from its debut through the evening of August 29, 2020.

The Royal Lyceum Theatre Company, with Citizens Theatre and DOT Theatre Istanbul, will present a brand new adaptation of Brecht's classic master and servant comedy Mrs Puntila and her Man Matti by award-winning writer Denise Mina and directed by DOT Theatre's Murat Daltaban, who returns to the Lyceum Theatre to direct, following the celebrated Zinnie Harris adaptation of Rhinoceros in 2018.

Orlando Fringe announced today the hiring of new members of the Fringe team. As Orlando Fringe continues to grow, more and more people are needed to be able to mount the annual event. Some of the new members of the Fringe team are filling vacant positions while other roles are new to the organization. 'It's so exciting to bring these immensely talented people into the Fringe family,' said Orlando Fringe Executive Director Alauna Friskics.

A group of Central Florida theaters are coming together with Conway Cares to help children over the holidays. The collective includes Orlando Repertory Theatre, Orlando Shakes, Mad Cow Theatre, and Beth Marshall Presents with food drop-off locations at all four venues.

After more than a decade at the Garden Theatre, Rob Winn Anderson will retire as Artistic Director at the end of the 2018-2019 season. A national search for Anderson's successor will begin in February 2019.

Beth Marshall Presents brings the long-awaited Central Florida premiere of Martin McDonagh's The Lieutenant of Inishmore to the Garden Theatre from February 2- 25, 2018.
