Kristen Bell (Film and Television star; voice of Anna in Disney’s Frozen), Caissie Levy (original Elsa in Frozen on Broadway) and Betsy Wolfe (originated leading role in world premiere of the Lopezes’ musical Up Here) will join The New York Pops, led by Music Director and Conductor Steven Reineke, for its 39th Birthday Gala.

Time For Three, the trio composed of Charles Yang (violin, vocals), Nicolas 'Nick' Kendall (violin, vocals) and Ranaan Meyer (double bass, vocals) will perform with the UVU Symphony Orchestra at the Noorda Center for the Performing Arts on February 26, 2022.

Joe’s Pub announces the updated performances for their winter programming that starts today, January 31 through July 16, including rescheduled dates.

BALLYHOO MUSIC has announced the debut single from pop/jazz vocalist and songwriter LIAM FORDE, “When My World’s in Tune,” today, Friday, January 21. This will help launch Great to Be Here, his debut album of original pop/jazz songs due on Friday, March 25.

Ben Folds has announced additional 2022 dates for his “In Actual Person Live For Real Tour” of US solo piano and orchestral performances. The new line up kicks off April 1st, 2022, with a symphony concert at Powell Hall in St. Louis, MO, making its way across the country for a stop at Chandler Center for the Arts on Sunday, June 19, 2022, at 7 p.m.

In addition to a return to performing live in 2022, Folds is also working on his new album, continues to produce his podcast series called Lightning Bugs: Conversations with Ben Folds, and is scheduled to begin taping a new TV series. 

Joe’s Pub has announced their winter programming for 2022 starting in January through February with two shows each evening. In addition, the venue will welcome its former sous chef, Ricky Mungaray back to the kitchen as Executive Chef.

Shriver Hall Concert Series will open its 2021-22 season with a performance by the lauded Miró Quartet. The in-person concert features Mozart's String Quartet in B-flat Major, K. 458, 'Hunt;' Beethoven's String Quartet in A minor, Op. 132; and the world premiere of Pulitzer Prize-winning composer Caroline Shaw's Microfictions [Vol. I].

The pandemic has thrown traditional events like the National Symphony Orchestra's annual Labor Day concert for a loop for two years running. Held for years on the West Lawn of the Capitol, it had to be broadcast last year to an audience parked at RFK stadium, watching on screens and listening to their car radios.
