The Cabaret at The Columbia Club announces its 2013 Winter/Spring lineup. (Due to an increase in the number of performances now presented annually, The Cabaret will release its artistic line-up bi-annually starting in 2013.)

BroadwayWorld.com is proud and excited to announce that it has joined forces with The Metropolitan Room (34 West 22nd Street), one of New York City's leading cabaret venues, to stage a variety show on February 21, 2013 (6:30-9 pm) featuring the winners of the voting now being held on the site and which ends on December 31. More than 3,000 nominations were posted on the site after BroadwayWorld.com announced its first-ever New York Cabaret Awards in early October, and more than 200 performers in 20 categories made the final ballot that is currently being voted on by cabaret fans throughout the New York metro area and beyond.

Known for hits such as Do You Know The Way To San Jose?, Say A Little Prayer and I'll Never Fall in Love Again, Warwick will perform accompanied by a five-piece band at The Matcham Room, permanent home to Live at the Hippodrome.

During her recent two-night run at the Metropolitan Room (July 11, 12), Los Angeles-based nightclub singer and actress Robyn Spangler gingerly walked the tribute show tightrope and made it to the other side intact. Her show 'Why I Love Linda Ronstadt' - which earned her a 2011 BroadwayWorld.com honor as L.A.'s 'Best Female Cabaret Artist - was an honest and heartfelt homage to her singing heroine. Her Ronstadt show hit almost all the right tribute notes, with solid arrangements from her Musical Director/Pianist Todd Schroeder (who also provided nifty backup vocals) that were reverential without being replications.

Live at the Hippodrome today announced the first season of performances at London's newest live performance space - The Matcham Room at the Hippodrome Casino, Leicester Square. Booking opens today for the first season of curated performances which will return world-class live entertainment to the recently restored, legendary Hippodrome.

British chanteuse Barb Jungr is back at the Metropolitan Room (until April 28) with her critically-acclaimed Bob Dylan tribute show 'Man in the Long Black Coat,' and you shouldn't think twice about catching her fascinating interpretation of 13 classics from the Dylan repertoire. Jungr is much more than a Bob Dylan tribute artist and her show celebrating one of the world's greatest troubadours is a righteous revelation. Jungr doesn't just interpret Dylan songs, she re-imagines them.

Barb Jungr's acclaimed all-Bob Dylan show, "Man in the Long Black Coat," returns to the Metropolitan Room for an expanded three-week run from April 10 to 28. "Man in the Long Black Coat," which premiered in October was also chosen as Time Out NY's #1 top live cabaret act for 2011.

In April the Metropolitan Room will bring back Barb Jungr's widely acclaimed all-Bob Dylan show, "Man in the Long Black Coat," for a three-week theatrical run from April 10 to 28.
