This Sunday, 11 June 2017, Athol Fugard celebrates his 85th birthday and the Fugard Theatre will mark this occasion with an all South African, star-studded production of his acclaimed play THE ROAD TO MECCA.

Set to the be the Afrikaans rock event of the year, ROCK IN MY TAAL will take place at Carnival City on 20 May with a line-up that includes Francois van Coke, Die Heuwels Fantasties, SAARKIE, The Sweet Resistance and National Incident. Signature Theatre will co-host a free event with The Ghostlight Project to kick off The Ghostlight Project's Who's Your Neighbor campaign, a week-long initiative that encourages people to volunteer. The event will take place Monday, May 1 at The Pershing Square Signature Center (480 West 42nd Street between 9th and 10th Avenues).
