After 'reconnecting' with audiences this spring at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Hubbard Street Dance Chicago (HSDC) has announced the program for the company's return to the Harris Theater for Music and Dance (205 E Randolph St) to wrap up its 2021/22 season.

Contemporary arts center OZ Arts Nashville today announced its presentation of Malpaso Dance Company, an acclaimed contemporary dance group based in Havana, Cuba, on April 29 and 30, 2022 in its expansive warehouse.

Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater will complete its coast-to-coast North American tour at NJPAC Friday-Sunday, May 6-8, 2022. OPEN AIR is a new site-specific performance, co-presented with four/four presents and created for The Green-Wood Cemetery by choreographer Loni Landon and experimental harpist Mary Lattimore. Intrigued by the notion that cemeteries can act both as spaces for mourning and social engagement, Lattimore and Landon's collaboration will explore themes of rebirth and renewal amid loss. This is the first time these two award-winning artists have created a work together.
