The Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra (RPO) announced its 2015-16 season, presented by Dawn and Jacques Lipson, this evening in grand style in Kodak Hall at Eastman Theatre. With the entire orchestra performing selected excerpts on stage, 12th Music Director Ward Stare previewed his inaugural -- and the RPO's 93rd -- season to an enthusiastic full house that included longtime patrons, local VIPs, media, and the general public.

Omaha Performing Arts has announced the addition of A New World: intimate music from FINAL FANTASY to its 2013/2014 Season. The Columbus Symphony today announced the 2012 season lineup for its two annual summer outdoor concert series, the Nationwide Insurance Picnic with the Pops and Popcorn Pops. This will be the first season the series will be presented in its new downtown home, the Columbus Bicentennial Pavilion in the Columbus Commons.

Strobel and President and CEO Welz Kauffman today announced details of the 2010 season, including a Chicago Symphony Orchestra residency that celebrates major anniversaries of Mahler, Chopin, Schumann, Barber, Bernstein and Copland, as well as milestone birthdays of Music Director James Conlon, Christoph Eschenbach and Stephen Sondheim. The season, featuring 117 separate events, runs from June 3 through September 7.
