From the producers of the internationally acclaimed concert tour Distant Worlds: music from FINAL FANTASY comes an entirely new FINAL FANTASY musical experience to be presented in the Holland Performing Arts Center's intimate Scott Recital Hall.

For more than 25 years, the FINAL FANTASY video games have been among the most popular in the world. The rich and evocative music created for the games by acclaimed composers- most notably Nobuo Uematsu-has amassed a legion of fans and admirers who pack concert venues at prodigious rates all over the world. For A New World: intimate music from FINAL FANTASY, Music Director Arnie Roth, with the exclusive support of game developer SQUARE ENIX, has reimagined the FINAL FANTASY performance as an up-close-and-personal live music experience, particularly suited to the superb acoustics and intimate dimensions of the 350-seat Scott Recital Hall.

A New World: intimate music from FINAL FANTASY features the iconic and arresting music of Uematsu and other FINAL FANTASY composers arranged for string quartet, piano and guitar solos, duos, and other mixed groups of instrumentalists. The Omaha concerts will also feature a special performance of FINAL FANTASY VI: Dark World performed by Uematsu and Roth accompanied by string quintet.
