Zodiac Math, written and performed by Elizabeth May is equal parts 90's pop music video, slumber party seance, and honest confession. Zodiac Math is an evening of intimate storytelling, scored by anachronistic alt-pop. Driven by family folklore of a childhood death curse, Elizabeth May explores questions of sexual identity and twin magic. She's endlessly searching for the missing half of a broken heart necklace, and laying herself bare in a dark comedic ritual that transforms the audience into her imaginary friends. Zodiac Math was developed as part of The New Collectives' Daily Development Workshop at IRT Theatre.

One of the biggest hits in theatrical history, CATS will open at the Providence Performing Arts Center (PPAC) in Providence, RI, Tuesday, January 22 to Sunday, January 27, 2019 as part of a multi-season North American tour. In Providence, CATS is part of the Taco/White Family Foundation Broadway Series. CATS is recommended for ages 6 and up.

On Wednesday, October 31 at the Richard Rodgers Theatre on Broadway, all available tickets for the 8:00pm performance of HAMILTON will be sold for $10.

Due to the success of the initial theatrical release, Fathom Events is bringing "BANDSTAND: The Broadway Musical on Screen" back to cinemas nationwide on November 15 and 19 in celebration of Veterans Day. The high-octane performance of Richard Oberacker and Robert Taylor's Broadway musical, directed and choreographed by three-time Tony Award winner Andy Blankenbuehler (Hamilton), will once again have audiences dancing in their movie theater seats. In addition to the feature content, audiences will enjoy behind-the-scenes footage of the production.

Producer Jeffrey Seller and Blumenthal Performing Arts announce a digital lottery for HAMILTON tickets will begin in conjunction with the show's first performance (October 10) in Charlotte at the Belk Theater.  Forty (40) tickets will be sold for every performance for $10 each.  The digital lottery will open at 11:00 AM ET on Monday, October 8 for tickets to the Wednesday, October 10 performance.  Subsequent digital lotteries will begin two days prior to each performance.

Hennepin Theatre Trust announced today the innovative educational program that debuted at HAMILTON on Broadway will continue in Minneapolis on Thursday, Sept. 27 when more than 2,400 students and teachers from 13 high schools attend the matinee performance of the musical at the historic Orpheum Theatre (910 Hennepin Ave., Minneapolis).

In fact it's not really about the hype at all, the 'all the cool people are seeing HAMILTON so I guess I should see it too.' You shouldn't go see HAMILTON so you can impress your friends and neighbors, you should go see HAMILTON because it's the quintessential American story told through the quintessential American art form - musical theater. It's one of those ground-breaking milestone events in the history of theater that has forever changed it. And it's also three jam-packed hours of music, dance, stories, entertainment, and inspiration. If you don't already have your tickets don't despair. There are tickets still available through the official channels, and you can enter a daily lottery in which 40 lucky people win the chance to buy tickets for $10. I don't think I need to try to convince anyone to go see it, or tell you how incredibly amazing it is. You already know that, the rest is up to you.

HAMILTON has just revealed that 10,000 tickets, over 25% of all tickets available for HAMILTON's 3-week engagement in Puerto Rico, will be sold for $10 each to island residents. Of the $10 tickets, 1,000 tickets will be available exclusively for college students with valid ID to the Wednesday, January 9 matinee performance.
