Continuing our roundups of some of the best shows we’ve reviewed for BWW Cabaret in 2024, we put together a list of nine of our favorite winter holiday concerts from the past holiday season.

Performances are December 21 at 7:30 p.m. and December 22 at 3:00 p.m., at the Historic Asolo Theater, 5401 Bay Shore Road, Sarasota. On the evening of July 28, 2017, as part of the Lincoln Center Out of Doors festival, Paul Taylor Dance Company (PTDC) with special guests DUCHESS and Vuyo Sotashe performed at the Damrosch Park Bandshell. It was quite the popular event as people lined up down the block and around the corner to see the anticipated show. It was a full house as pretty much every seat was taken! But, I could see why so many folks came out. It was a nice night, not too hot, not too humid, with a gentle breeze. The perfect night to be out and enjoy a show.
