Ragtime will make its Australian premiere at Arts Centre Melbourne 2 - 10 November 2019.

On Wednesday, July 24, 2019, Santa Fe Opera presented Leoš Janáček's powerful dramatic opera Jenůfa. Laura Wilde, a former Santa Fe Apprentice who performed the title role at English National Opera in 2016, again sang the lead while Patricia Racette, who has often sung Jenůfa, portrayed her stepmother, Kostelnička. Both artists gave glorious dramatic interpretations of their roles in this shattering but moving opera.

Join Sydney Philharmonia Choirs for the highlight of their 2018 season, a rare concert performance of Leonard Bernstein's genius musical comedy masterwork, Candide, performed by an all-star Australian cast including Caroline O'Connor, Alexander Lewis, Phillip Scott, Annie Aitken and Kanen Breen.

2018 is the 100th anniversary of the birth of Leonard Bernstein. Sydney Philharmonia Choirs will acknowledge thissignificant anniversary by participating in the global celebrations to honour Bernstein's legacy, with two planned performances of the choral masterpiece, Candide (1956) on Saturday 29th September and Sunday 30th September 2018 at the Sydney Opera House.

The 7th annual SnowGlobe Music Festival (SG17) returned this weekend to its gorgeous alpine home in South Lake Tahoe, California, to ring in the New Year. Taking place over three days and nights, SnowGlobe is the largest outdoor New Year's Eve music festival in the country.
