The McCallum Theatre's 30th Anniversary fundraising gala will be headlined by two of the McCallum Theatre's all-time favorite artists Chris Botti and The TEN Tenors in a very special performance on November 30. Proceeds from the 30th Anniversary Gala fundraising event help fund McCallum Theatre operations as well as arts education programs that bring training in theatre, dance, music and visual arts to 40,000 schoolchildren and educators each year, in more than 300 classrooms. These funds also make it possible to continue to bring world-class performances to over 150,000 residents and visitors to the Coachella Valley annually.

Following two sold-out runs in Los Angeles, Cruel Intentions: The Musical - the stage adaptation of Roger Kumble's 1999 cult-hit film, created by Jordan Ross, Lindsey Rosin and Roger Kumble - comes to NYC for a five-week limited engagement at (le) Poisson Rouge, opening Monday, December 11. Presented by CAPA, the Lincoln Theatre Association, and the King Arts Complex, The Hip Hop Nutcracker is a contemporary re-imagining of Tchaikovsky's timeless music performed by a supercharged cast of a dozen all-star dancers, an on-stage DJ, and an electric violinist. Kurtis Blow, one of hip hop's founding fathers, will kick off the show with a short set and then rap the introduction.

The Eli and Edythe Broad Stage in Santa Monica and Eva Price present Small Mouth Sounds by Drama Desk Award winner Bess Wohl (Pretty Filthy), and directed by Tony Award nominee Rachel Chavkin (Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet of 1812) for three weeks only, January 11 through 28 with a press opening on January 12.

The Ten Tenors are returning to the United States this December, for an 18-date tour of the East Coast and Midwest. The Australian vocal group, whose voices generate pure electricity and undeniable drama according to the Los Angeles Times, will be performing repertoire from their album Our Christmas Wish, which went to the upper reaches of Billboard's Classical Albums chart. Partnering with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, the release raises funds for the organization that is leading the way the world understands, treats and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. The Meistersingers of Southern Lehigh High School will serve as an opening act for the evening.

dick clark productions and ABC announced today that multi-platinum singer-songwriter, Kelly Clarkson, and multi-platinum selling pop artist, Demi Lovato, will perform at the 2017 AMERICAN MUSIC AWARDS.

From writer/director Greta Gerwig comes LADY BIRD, in theaters November 10th. November programming has been announced at City Winery Chicago.
