Come see how Broadway does Pride!  Emmy award-winner Susan Lucci will join a bevy of performers from stage, screen and sports to celebrate LGBTQIA Pride!

Media personality Shefik (Executive Producer and Host of the nationally-syndicated radio show, Shefik presents Invocation) has been named guest speaker at the 7th Annual Broadway Sing for Pride charity event, which takes place at The Goldman-Sonnenfeldt Family Auditorium.

To celebrate 'Unstoppable', Broadway Sings for Pride's upcoming 7th annual Pride concert on Monday, June 26th and to kickoff New York City Pride, Broadway Sings for Pride (www.BroadwaySingsForPride.com) will sing at events throughout the New York's boroughs!

On Monday, June 26, 2017, Broadway Sings for Pride will premiere their 7th anniversary benefit concert in New York City at the JCC Manhattan. This milestone event will be filled with singing (from pop to Broadway), stories, special guests, and, of course, fun! The proceeds will benefit The Tyler Clementi Foundation and Orlando's Contigo Fund.

On Monday, June 22, 2015, over 25 company members (Broadway, National, International, Asian World Tour, Regional) of the multiple Tony-award winning musical RENT helped celebrate LGBT pride with a special tribute to Jonathan Larson's contributions to the theater and LGBT communities. On hand were special guest speakers and original RENT creative team members Marlies Yearby (Tony nominee, original RENT choreographer) and Billy Aronson (original RENT collaborator). On Sunday, March 15 2015, to celebrate Broadway Sings for Pride's (www.BroadwaySingsforPride.com) upcoming 5th Anniversary Gay Pride charity concert in June, they will be amping up the star power and going into the recording studio. The selection of songs will be favorites from their previous shows and cast members who support Broadway Sings for Pride including a special arrangement of Seasons of Love featuring RENT Alumni.

The first public presentation of Wilson's new show, called YES! THE MUSICAL, will be given a single showcase salon performance on Monday, March 5, at 8 PM -- one year and one day later from the day he started it -- at the Rose Nagelberg Theater at the Baruch Performing Arts Center on 25th Street, just east of Lexington Avenue. The production, with book, music and lyrics by Wilson, is being presented by The Theater at the Duke Ellington Center For The Arts, with Mercedes Ellington as director- choreographer.
