This year's Tony Awards nominations were announced this morning by Adrienne Warren and Joshua Henry and here they are, celebrating the best of the 2021-22 theatre season and we've got the full list of all of this year's 2022 Tony nominees. Check out the full list!

The Tony Awards Administration Committee has been meeting all year to discuss the eligibility of the 2021-22 Broadway productions all leading up to Monday's big announcement... the Tony nominations. Need a recap before the nominations announcement? Below, we've rounded up all rulings from all four meeting. Apart from these specific decisions, all other eligibility rulings were consistent with opening night billing.

The Outer Critics Circle (OCC), the official organization of writers on New York theatre for out-of-town newspapers and national publications, have just announced the nominees for the 71st Annual Outer Critics Circle Awards, honoring the 2021-2022 Broadway and Off-Broadway season.

The Tony Awards Administration Committee met today to confirm the eligibility status of seven Broadway productions for the 2021-2022 season.  This was the second time the Tony Awards Administration Committee met to decide the eligibility for the 75th Annual Tony Awards. The Tony Awards are presented by The Broadway League and the American Theatre Wing.

Ashley Wheater MBE, The Mary B. Galvin Artistic Director of The Joffrey Ballet, today announced the Joffrey’s 2022–2023 Season at Lyric Opera House, featuring a world premiere from a rising choreographic star, a revival from a Joffrey icon, the return of a Joffrey blockbuster, and a full-length story ballet of such grand scale that it is rarely seen in the United States.

This week I saw productions of two decades-old musicals, each written by one of theatre's great composer/lyricists, which, in their original productions, ran a combined total of nine performances on Broadway.

Winner of both the Tony and Olivier Award for Best Play and the Pulitzer Prize for author Bruce Norris, Clybourne Park is a razor-sharp satire about the politics of race and real estate. The play returns to London following sell out runs at The Royal Court and in the West End.

Tonight's, Thursday, March 3, and the Saturday evening March 5 performances of Lincoln Center Theater's acclaimed production of the new opera Intimate Apparel will be recorded for future broadcast by Great Performances – on PBS as part of #PBSForTheArts – a multiplatform campaign that celebrates the arts in America. 

Today, Sony Masterworks Broadway has released FLYING OVER SUNSET (ORIGINAL BROADWAY CAST RECORDING), an album of music from the Lincoln Center Theater production. 

Joining the previously announced Michael Fox (Jim/Tom), Andrew Langtree (Karl/Steve), Richard Lintern (Russ/Dan), Imogen Stubbs (Bev/Kathy) and Eric Underwood (Albert/Kevin) are Katie Matsell (Betsy/Lindsey) and Aliyah Odoffin (Francine/Lena).

One star recreates another, but we learn more about Ava's men than about Ava herself

An American in Paris does what it expects to do, it takes you away into a world of technicolour and jazz and then returns you feeling a bit better than before. Whilst the story lacks, technically it's divine. And in this case, that's enough.

Having had to shut down the production of Bruce Norris' seminal play Clybourne Park at final dress rehearsal in March 2020, Trish Wadley Productions and David Adkin, in association with Park Theatre, have announced that the production, originally planned for the play's 10th anniversary year, will open at the venue in March.

Lincoln Center Theater has announced that its production of FLYING OVER SUNSET, the new musical with book and direction by James Lapine, music by Tom Kitt, lyrics by Michael Korie, featuring choreography by Michelle Dorrance, will end its limited engagement run after the Sunday, January 16th matinee at the Vivian Beaumont Theater.

Flying Over Sunset follows writer Aldous Huxley (played by Harry Hadden-Paton); playwright, diplomat, and congresswoman, Clare Boothe Luce (Carmen Cusack); and film legend Cary Grant (Tony Yazbeck) - each of whom in real life experimented with the drug LSD.

The cast and creatives have been announced for AVA: The Secret Conversations, the spellbinding new play from Elizabeth McGovern based on the book by Peter Evans and Ava Gardner. Taking to the stage with Academy Award-nominee McGovern (Downton Abbey, ITV), who stars as Ava, is Anatol Yusef (Boardwalk Empire, HBO; Punisher, Netflix) as Peter Evans, the journalist Ava hired to write her autobiography when she lived in 1980s London.

Broadway and West End leads Robert Fairchild and Leanne Cope will reprise their show-stopping turns as the American GI Jerry Mulligan and the young Parisian dancer Lise Dassin in Australia in An American In Paris, with two of the country's leading lights Cameron Holmes and Dimity Azoury from The Australian Ballet, to alternate in the lead roles.

Lincoln Center Theater has announced an online ticket lottery and student rush policy for its new musical FLYING OVER SUNSET, beginning with the musical’s first preview on Thursday, November 11 at 8pm at the Vivian Beaumont Theater (150 West 65 Street).
