Shira most recently starred in the new Off Broadway musical EVENING-1910 at AXIS theare co to rave reviews. " ...Shira, possessed of a winning voice and an enigmatically expressive smile...." "...beguiling voice..." - THE NEW YORK TIMES

Earlier this year she released her debut album of her original folk pop tunes produced by longtime music director of the band BLONDIE, Paul Carbonara.

Born in Rochester, NY, but split her time growing up between Washington D.C and Israel. Shira served for two years as performer in the IDF band performing for soldiers and families living in war zones.
She graduated with honors from both the American Musical and Dramatic Academy and The New School. She is also part of the touring company of THE VOCA PEOPLE. Proud AEA member.

Broadway performer Noah Marlowe (Book of Mormon, Mary Poppins, Elf, Act One) presented a benefit concert celebrating Jewish voices in the Broadway community at The Green Room 42. Money raised from the concert supported the organizations ADL and StandWithUS. Check out the photos here.

Noah Marlowe to Present BROADWAY AND BORSCHT at The Green Room 42 This Month


Broadway performer Noah Marlowe (Book of Mormon, Mary Poppins, Elf, Act One) announces a benefit concert celebrating Jewish voices in the Broadway community. The concert, produced by Marlowe, will be performed live at The Green Room 42 on November 21 at 9:30pm, and will also be live-streamed to viewers outside of NYC. Money raised from the concert will go directly to support the organizations ADL and StandWithUS.

Playwright, songwriter and director Randy Sharp (Last Man Club, Edgar Oliver'sEast 10th Street and In the Park)and songwriter, guitarist and longtime Blondie member Paul Carbonara (Blondie) have teamed up again to create Evening - 1910, a new musical about an immigrant to 1910 New York and a Bowery theater facing eviction as the dawn of cinema becomes day. Axis Company, of which Sharp is the founding Artistic Director, will present the world premiere of the work April 28 - May 28.

She served as a singer in the Israeli Army singing for troops and families living in war zones. In NYC she has been part of various productions in landmark venues such as Don't Tell Mama, The Duplex Theater, Theater Row Studio Theater and City Winery.
