With a fresh lineup of new musical tunes and favorite classics, it’s pretty much the perfect Broadway concert show.  I’m still humming “Popular” from Wicked and “Razzle Dazzle” from Chicago nonstop, floating in a giddy haze of joy-soaked musical elation.

Bob Egan is everyone's favorite piano-playing host. Hailing from New Hope, PA and Asbury Park, NJ, he is an entertainer, pianist, impresario, teacher and owner of an entertainment agency. Since 1977, Egan has entertained literally every single day of the year. But when the Pandemic began, it was the first time he had no work. He said, a?oeI have worked every day since I was a Junior in High School. The first six weeks of this was a real shock to me.a?? So, when his longtime friend Jon Richardson created Virtual Piano Bar, it took a few weeks for Jon to convince him, but finally Bob decided to give it a try.

Musical Theatre West's (MTW) Reiner Staged Reading Series (RRS) returns with Jule Styne, Betty Comden, and Adolph Green's Do Re Mi, Sunday, June 3, 7pm at the Beverly O'Neill Theater.  Tickets are now on sale at the MTW Ticket Office, by calling (562) 856-1999, ext. 4, online at www.musical.org, or at the Musical Theatre West Ticket Office.  Advance general admission tickets for each performance are $27 ($32 on the day of the performance).  Seating is general admission, with priority access for Reiner Staged Reading Subscribers.

The Bombshells (Tiffany Dissette, Heather Lundstedt O'Neill and Leah Sprecher) along with their trusty bandleader and arranger (David Lamoureux) bring their vitalizing vintage renditions of today's top hits to Vitello's on Wednesday, March 14th at 7:30 p.m.

On September 16th , 2011 the Great Lawn of Central Park was filled with 60,000 adoring fans of one the most beloved tenors of all time, Andrea Bocelli. Accompanied by the New York Philharmonic under the direction of the great Alan Gilbert, not even the rains of Hurricane Maria could dampen this spectacular night of music. Joined by some of the biggest stars of both the pop and classical music scenes, the night was bursting with the sounds of Bocelli's  treasured hits.  A "pop culture extravaganza", Bocelli, along with Celine Dion, Tony Bennet, Chriss Botti, Bryn Terfl (and many others) transformed one of the most remarkable and renowned urban parks into the grandest of Opera houses, the most opulent of theatre venues, and the flashiest of concert arenas, in an evening that exemplified the magic of New York City and the great Central Park concert series.
