Abdiel Vivancos is best known for playing Perchik in Goodspeed Opera House's 50th Anniversary Production of Fiddler on the Roof. In recent times he has also played the young philosopher Baruch Spinoza in David Ives' NEW JERUSALEM at GableStage and Baboosh in the world premiere adaptation of revolutionary farce Pantagleize at Quantum Theatre. Abdiel was born and raised in Miami and trained at New World School of the Arts High School before attending Carnegie Mellon University’s Acting/Music Theatre Program, where he played John Wilkes Booth in Assassins. Off-Broadway, Vivancos’ credits include The Tin at Beckett Theatre, Dinner with The Stevensons at Cabrini Repertory Theatre, and Death of a Salesman at Jim Kempner Art Galley. Proud member of Actors' Equity, Abdiel resides in New York City.
