atrick Cassidy, acclaimed performer and director with a career spanning Broadway, film and television, has accepted the role of artistic director at Studio Tenn. Cassidy, son of Shirley Jones and the late Jack Cassidy and brother to Shaun, Ryan and the late David Cassidy, recently moved from Los Angeles to the Franklin area with his wife, Melissa Hurley Cassidy.

Matt Logan, the artistic director of Studio Tenn, will leave his position with the award-winning, professional theater company, effective November 2018, to 'pursue new creative opportunities.'

Todd Morgan has been named as the new managing director of Studio Tenn, Middle Tennessee's award-winning theater company based in Franklin.

Although thumb sucking can be a soothing activity for babies and young children, its effects are anything but soothing to the body. In fact, thumb sucking can affect craniofacial growth and development of airways, hindering functions such as breathing, speaking and swallowing. This new book by a dentist details the effects of thumb sucking on growing children to help parents recognize early symptoms so they can avoid problems with their child's health.
