LOST IN THE DISCO is a unique experience of immersive theater, where the audience is directly involved within the performance, and where actors/dancers/singers are performing among the public. The greatest Disco Classics will surround this love story, punctuated with comedy, where cast members act and sing among the audience and invite them to join the dance floor. Lost in the Disco will play 4 performances in the unique decor of the Angel Orensanz Foundation (172 Norfolk Street New York 10002) from November 6th to December 3rd 2019. This experience will plunge you back in the golden age of disco time and craziness of the legendary Studio 54 with classics by Donna Summer, Gloria Gaynor, Michael Jackson, Le Chic, Shalamar, Taste of Honey, Saturday Night Fever, Earth Wind & Fire, and many more to be performed by a versatile 9 members cast.

Wigan born performer Sam Brady brings his new play, on male family relationships affected by Alzheimer's, to The Lowry. Things I Say When I Don't Say I Love You is 'Developed With The Lowry' and premieres on the Salford stage Thu 1 & Fri 2 Feb 2017.

AMONG THE FURIES, written & directed by DAVID SCALA, took home the top playwriting prize Tuesday night at New York City's Hudson Guild Theatre, during the New York Summerfest Theater Festival's closing night award ceremony. The play also won Best Actress for Claire Ganshert, and Best Set Design by Andrew McCourt.

Five companies and artists have been awarded places on The Lowry's award-winning Developed With The Lowry programme. This year's recipients include: Manchester-based Buddhist monk turned stand-up comedian Sam Brady; local poet-playwright Chanje Kunda; Italian contemporary dance company Igor and Moreno; London-based mask theatre company Theatre Temoin; and Berlin-based hand balancing artist Natalie Reckert.
