Robert trained at Rose Bruford College, in both London and Texas. Robert has played the Bullfrog in Honk! at the Union Theatre and appeared opposite Tommy Steele in the national tour of The Glenn Miller Story. Other UK tours include: Soap Opera, There Was an Old Lady who Swallowed a Fly, Rapunzel Rocks, Charlie and Lola?s Best Bestest Play and playing Bungle in Rainbow Live! Robert has also played: Jitters in Hoods! The Musical, directed by Craig Revel Horwood; several seasons as both the Nurse and Prince in Romeo and Juliet; Touchstone in As You Like It, Petulant in The Way of the World, several grumpy Russians in Chuckle with Chekhov; a tree (as well as the Cowardly Lion) in The Wizard of Oz and appeared with the Birmingham Royal Ballet in their production of Coppelia at the Festival Theatre in Edinburgh. Robert is a popular pantomime dame and has appeared in productions all over the UK, as well as in America and Egypt. For the last four years he has written, directed and appeared in the Haven Holidays summer pantomime and his panto scripts have been performed by amateur and professional companies across the globe. Robert created his own theatre company, Petite Pantos at the start of 2018 and has already produced shows for Camp Bestival, Brighton Fringe and in Canada. This year he also created the character Mama G who has spent the year touring to libraries, bookshops, theatres and Pride festivals telling stories about being who you are and loving who you want. Her all-singing, partial-dancing, family show Mama G?s Story Time Roadshow has visited theatres around the UK and her stories are available to buy in book and CD form!

Cast Announced For XIMER At American Theatre Of Actors


Producers Markus Ferraro and John Lant announced the cast for XIMER (pronounced “shimmer”), their new Off-Broadway concept musical. The show will debut at the American Theatre of Actors (314 West 54th Street, New York City) from October 19 – 30.

Panto Day 2012 Declared a Success


On Wednesday 5th December panto passionistas across the world came together to celebrate the magic of pantomime. In total, over 150 theatres in the UK, America and South Africa participated, with Panto Day tweets reaching a global audience of 1.5 Million.
