Scenic Designer: Patrice Andrew Davidson
Is a recipient of NBTF 2013 “outstanding achievement in
Scenic Design Award”
Other design awards includes Audelco awards, Chicago’s
BTAA design Award, Toronto Independent Film festival
Award and numerous design award nominations.
Many Theatre Designs including; Two Trains Running, Joe
Turner’s Come and Gone, Jitney, MA Rainey’s Black Bottom, Gem of the Ocean, A
Few Good Men, A Raisin in the Sun, Porgy & Bess, Blues for
an Alabama Sky, The Desire, The Wiz, The Maid’s
Door, Checkmates, Having Our Say, The River Niger.
Working in Film and Television on numerous Productions as
a Production Designer, Art Director, Assistant Art Director
and Scenic Artist.
He is Grateful for the opportunity to have worked as an
Associate Designer to the Late Great Set Designer; Felix E.
Cochren. His unselfish commitment to train him has paid off
for him as a person and as a Designer.
