The Bergen County Players (BCP), the 2015 NJACT Community Theatre of the Year, continues its 83rd season with its annual family show, PINOCCHIO, a beloved tale of a wooden puppet who wants to become a real boy, a classic story that will delight young and old alike. Under the direction of Terri Caust and musical direction by Steve Bell, PINOCCHIO will be performed at the Little Firehouse Theatre in Oradell from tonight, November 28th through December 20th.

The Bergen County Players presents its first Second Stage production of the year, Let's Murder Marsha, a comedy by Monk Ferris. Under the direction of Noel Schoonover of New Milford, Let's Murder Marsha will be presented at the Little Firehouse Theatre in Oradell, and as a Second Stage show will be performed only on Saturday, February 28th at 2:00 PM and Sunday, March 1st, at 7:00 PM. Sure, that's a classic plot device, but what's so special about it? Well, how about because the girl is a witch and the boy is a mortal? Sound familiar? It should, because this magical rom-com, which originally starred Rex Harrison on Broadway and then Jimmy Stewart and Kim Novak in the popular film, eventually became the genesis of television's memorable comedy "Bewitched".
