Critics are calling San Francisco Playhouse's revival of 'Sunday in the Park With George' a 'masterpiece.' But its director, Bill English, found out firsthand that 'Art isn't easy,' to quote one of the show's lyrics by Stephen Sondheim. In putting it together (with James Lapine's libretto), English knew he had cast 'the perfect Dot' in the award-winning actress Nanci Zoppi.

Capital Stage and Graham Sobelman present GRAHAM-A-RAMA's 3rd Annual Pre-Valentine's Show, Sunday, Feb. 11, 2018 at 7:30 pm. Sacramento composer/music director/producer GRAHAM SOBELMAN, is returning for his fifth cabaret show at Capital Stage, where he music directed The Behavior Of Broadus. As a celebration of the season, the 3rd Annual Pre-Valentine's Show will feature his long-time collaborator Nanci Zoppi. It will be a night of stories, songs and laughter...maybe even a little love. After they each respond to a 'lonely hearts advertisement' in the newspaper, they start to fall for their anonymous pen pals-but will love continue to blossom once their identities are finally revealed?
