BIO
James attended Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, IL, studying Design and Technology from the School of Theatre and Dance. His emphasis is in Costume Design, but has also worked in many different areas of theatre such as stage management, scenic, and lighting. While in his undergrad, he worked on many shows such as "Desdimona: a Play about a Handkerchief", "Yellow Wallpaper", and "Middletown". He graduated with his Bachelors of Fine Arts in the Spring of 2018.
Since graduating, He has moved to Berwick, ME with his husband and 2 dogs. While living there, he has worked for the Ogunquit Playhouse for their 2018 Winter Production "Elf the Musical" and is now working with the Hackmatack Farm and Playhouse for their 2026 Summer Season as Costume Designer.
