Heather-Elayne Day is a Canadian non-Equity director/choreographer based in Victoria, BC.
Professional directing/choreography credits include British Music Hall (Kirk Productions), and Nunsense! (Wand’ring Moon Theatre Co.). Professional choreography credits include Putting on the Ritz (The Belfry Theatre/Gateway Theatre), The Mikado (Calgary Opera), Victorian Varieties (Heritage Productions) Ups & Downs (feature film - Quest Films), and A Masked Ball, Macbeth, and The Merry Widow (Pacific Opera Victoria).
For the Victoria Operatic Society she directed West Side Story and Brigadoon, and directed and choreographed Beauty and the Beast, LEGENDS - the best of Broadway, and Sunset Boulevard. Additionally, she choreographed A Chorus Line, Oklahoma!, Evita, Annie Get Your Gun, Grease, and The Music Man.
For Langham Court Theatre, she directed and choreographed Stepping Out, Sondheim's COMPANY, Blood Brothers, Nunsense!, Dames at Sea, and 42nd Street, and choreographed The Club, The Boyfriend, and Dark of the Moon.
For Four Seasons' Musical Theatre Company, she directed and choreographed The Hobbit, and choreographed Seussical the Musical.
For Stage West Players she directed and choreographed Seven Brides for Seven Brothers.
For the Victoria Gilbert & Sullivan Society, she directed and choreographed HMS Pinafore and The Mikado, and choreographed Ruddigore, Iolanthe, Gondoliers, and Pirates of Penzance.
